What this tool can and cannot do
AI can improve the appearance of mild blur, but severe motion blur, tiny faces and unreadable text may remain unusable or be reconstructed incorrectly. This is photo editing, not forensic recovery, a video deblurring tool or guaranteed 4K upscaling. Use the existing upscaler when pixel dimensions are the main problem.
