Refund Policy

How Yix handles failed generations, duplicate charges, and refund requests.

Last updated: September 10, 2026

Failed Generations

When an image or video generation is recorded as failed, Yix automatically restores the credits charged for that generation. The restored amount appears in your credit history. If it does not appear within a reasonable processing period, contact support from the in-app support widget with the task details.

Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same order, charged an amount different from the checkout confirmation, or did not receive purchased credits after a completed payment, contact support with the order date, amount, payment email, and any receipt or transaction reference. Do not send full payment-card details.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription from Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Canceling does not automatically refund the current period. Already-issued subscription credits remain valid for 365 days from their issue dates; cancellation does not shorten their validity.

Refund Requests

Refund requests are reviewed based on service delivery, whether purchased credits have been used, duplicate or incorrect billing, payment-provider rules, and applicable law. Approval is not automatic. When a refund is issued, associated unused credits may be removed from the account.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived in your jurisdiction.

How to Request Help

Sign in and use the support widget on Yix. Include the order details and a concise explanation of the issue. We will provide the outcome or request any information needed to investigate.
